At Bia Galeria, each piece is created especially for you. This policy explains how we manage shipping, delivery, returns, and damaged-item claims.
Made to Order Production
All pieces are made-to-order. Production begins only after your order is confirmed and paid in full.
Because each piece is handcrafted, lead times are part of our process and reflect the care and artisanal work that goes into every item.
Delivery Timeframes
We ship worldwide using reputable private couriers.
Estimated delivery windows (including production + transit):
Europe: 45–60 days
US & Worldwide: 45–80 days
Please note:
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, logistics, or unexpected delays.
We cannot be held responsible for courier delays or customs processing times.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or presented to you before payment. For express or special shipping requests, rates will be quoted individually.Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
For orders outside the UK:
Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not have control over customs timelines or fees.
Returns & Refunds
Because each piece is custom-made for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds due to change of mind.
Returns are only accepted in cases of damage or defect.
This policy is in line with the exemption for made-to-order goods under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If your piece arrives damaged or not as described, you must:
Email hello@biagaleria.com within 7 days of delivery.
Include:
Order number
Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging (internal and external)
Keep the original packaging until your claim is resolved. We will not accept returns in different packaging.
If your claim is approved:
We will arrange return shipping at our cost
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method
Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be guaranteed.
Return Shipping
For approved damage claims, Bia Galeria covers the cost of return shipping.We do not reimburse return shipping costs for unapproved returns, unauthorised returns, or change-of-mind requests.
Condition of Returned Goods (Damage Claims)
Returned pieces must be packaged securely for transit. If a returned item is further damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer, we reserve the right to adjust or refuse the refund.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
Please allow 7–14 business days for processing after inspection and approval.
